Meat is the main event at Zimmerman Meats. Our freezers are stocked with beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seasonal products. Bratwurst, sausage, bacon, pulled pork, bacon cheddar burger…you name it! — All processed at our plant in Summersville, Missouri.

When you visit our retail store, you’ll find freshly packed burger, steaks, and brats, all ready to put on the grill. In the freezer, you’ll find the same great burger, steak, and brats, plus a variety of bacon, sausage, chicken, and many other choices.

Remember the snacks too! We have excellent summer sausage, snack sticks, and jerky, all ready for your upcoming picnic or hiking trip.

In addition to the range of products we process at our plant in Summersville, we keep barbecue sauces, dry rubs, pickles, jams, jellies, candy, and a selection of other groceries to add some variety or a new favorite to your table.

Inventory is always fluctuating, so if you want a specific product or a very large order, give us a call ahead and we’ll be glad to set it back until you can pick it up.
