Custom Processing

For customers who raise their own livestock, we offer USDA-inspected harvest and processing — just call for an appointment! Deliver your animal to our plant in Summersville by 10am on your scheduled day, and we’ll do the rest.

Or, we’re glad to purchase a locally-raised animal on your behalf and butcher it to your specifications. Perhaps you only need a half or quarter: We can do that too!

If you have a special request, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate it.
